Short version: we collect what you send us in the enquiry form, we use it to reply, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, work email, company name, the pod you selected and the problem description you write. Nothing else is collected from that form.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope an engagement. We do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your light/dark preference is stored locally in your own browser and is never sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@onrole.works and we will act on it.
